You can also just rent the entire Inn and do it all yourself! With delicious foods, homemade desserts, flowers, music, bar set ups, and lighted patio dance floor and twinkling candles, as well as space for up to 60 inside, we have tried to think of everything that you may want to choose to make your gathering perfect. What could be more romantic than a beach wedding at a bed and breakfast inn? Just down the street 8 houses is the beautiful beach, for that perfect beach wedding. The pavilion overlooking the beach just to the left can hold all of your guests, or a selection, while the rest gather at the water's edge. The pavilion is handicapped accessable, too. If you wish, have your ceremony here in the garden or inside the Inn. Afterwards, specilize your reception just how you have dreamed it, knowing that this individual gathering of friends and family will be as different from any other as you are!
From intimate gatherings to garden weddings for 100, traditional to eclectic, informal to extravagant; your personality and preferences are what shine through on this, the most important of days.
Our goal is to make your vision a reality. We are capable of coordinating all facets of your perfect day. Personal attention to your needs and wishes from the beginning to the big day is our commitment, and we work with you through every phase of your plans.
Our facility/site fee is $35 per person (minimums apply) for up to five hours. Please call if you have a very small gathering of less than 20. We specialize in Cupcake tower display. Homemade right here in many styles, including my favorite beach theme with candy shells. Dessert, coffee and tea service
Have a great island or Carribean style barbeque,a Hawaiian Luau, a clambake, or pig roast. Choose traditional buffet, a sit down dinner, or Coctail Party. We join with the best in the business to bring your wishes to reality. You may also just use our venue and make all of your own arrangements with your favorite caterers! We can help to arrange for photographers, flowers, music, bar, staff, and the perfect cake, or our in-house specialty which is a beautiful wedding cake cupcake tree, home baked right down to the handmade candy seashells.
Upon arrival or the evening before the big day, you can arrange for wine and cheese, or coffee and dessert for guests, or have your rehearsal dinner. A deluxe homemade breakfast is included for all guests staying here at the Inn, and you can choose to invite any additional guests to join everyone back for a morning after champagne breakfast in the garden.
Have a garden wedding for up to 100 and dance on our lighted patio/dance floor .. Umbrella tables and our beautiful garden provide that beach ambiance, or go more formal with linen and china under a lighted tent. Inside in our Sea Glass room there is seating for 28, and including the dining room, sunporch and lobby with bar up to 65 -70 can be accommodated inside. So go ahead and have that garden wedding you dream about and also the security of moving inside in inclement weather! Prices vary with your choices.
Usually you will have the whole Inn and honeymoon Cottage for your occasion, ensuring your privacy and the total attention of our staff. Room pricing is available by calling or checking our online availability chart. Room reservations are taken by phone or online reservation. Group rates are available at certain times.

The Island Guest House
The Island Guest House is the perfect venue for any group event! Have a business meeting or bridal shower, for example for a few hours in our private Sea Glass Room for up to 32 people, or a family reunion spanning the entire Inn property for the weekend. Either way, we have many comfortable areas of the Inn that would suit your needs.
Our large garden courtyard, outfitted with our umbrella tables and chairs, comes alive in the evening with lighted patio with bistro lights. During the day, our garden is the perfect backdrop for any type of gathering. The garden can accommodate any size group from the most intimate gathering ot over 100 guestws. Inside, our large front sitting porch is full of wicker furniture, and our common area has Tiffany-style Victorian beaded chandeliers and a carved marble-topped bar and credenza. Inside, there is seating in the dining room and parlor for up to 30 guests, and the Sea Glass Room holds 28. Enjoy a sit-down or buffet dinner, or a lovely wine and cheese or dessert and coffee gathering in the common room. Use our European, country-style cafe kitchen for serving, The Sea Glass Room is a private room that opens into the garden.Great for meetings, scrapbooking, or training areas.
We can offer many types of menus including breakfast, brunches, dinners, welcome cake and coffee, or wine and cheese, coctail parties, clam bakes, barbeques, traditional buffets, pig roasts, or anything else you desire. Breakfast is included for all guests staying in the Inn.
