Our credentials: almost twenty years of Innkeeping experience at this Island Inn, many repeat guests, affiliation with both local and national Innkeepers associations, members of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, and a stop on the Beach Haven Bed and Breakfast Tour. Joanne has earned a degree in Historic Preservation from Rutgers University - 2007, and has been a founding member of the Beach Haven Historic Preservation Commission for seven years.
As a guest, you can choose from fifteen guest rooms with amenities galore! Bring family or friends and be comfortable in our 2-bedroom suites. The decor is an intriguing mix of Victorian, French Country, and European Old World taste and style with a little bit of Island feel in the beautiful tropical patterns of the Sunroom fabric and imported dining room chairs. Bits of Vintage Chic and Cottage style peek through to provde a relaxed sophistication and truly classic ambiance.
Our cottage, with gas fireplace, sits at the back of the courtyard overlooking the garden, and welcomes inn-timate couples, families, or pets.
The garden courtyard is a perfect venue to hold your wedding or family reunion, or to just sip champagne with your special someone at one of our 11 candlelit tables under the evening bistro lights. Underfoot, lighted patio bricks vie with the twinkling stars. Gather or relax on our front porch full of wicker furniture and enjoy the ocean breezes. Use your laptop with our complimentary wireless Internet service. Also complimentary are beach badges and beach chairs. Our pool is the Atlantic Ocean, just 9 houses down the street, and the water park is a short walk the other direction.

Taste homemade breakfast menus, which may include Mark and Joanne's signature cheese blintzes with strawberries and whipped cream, lovely breakfast casseroles, or family recipies enjoyed and asked for by almost twenty years of returning and new guests. Feel powdery white sand between your toes and sunny beaches followed by a cool afternoon iced tea garnished with fresh mint from our garden and desserts made right in our kitchen, maybe while you perch at the inviting island, and chat with the Innkeepers. In the evening, stroll down to see a play at the Surflight Theatre, dine at one of the many award-winning restaurants, or enjoy mini golf and a soft ice cream cone. See a movie or the big game right here at the Inn in our new Sea Glass Room on the huge flat screen tv. Popcorn, anyone? Walk to the arcade, amusement park, or mini golf, you don't need a car for anything!
