The Island Guest House is pleased to offer accommodations for your New Jersey family vacation. Our convenient Beach Haven puts us in close proximity to the many wonderful attractions and activities in the area, and makes our inn the ideal destination for your Jersey Shore beach vacation. 

For our guests' comfort and convenience, we have put the following policies into effect. Please read them carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like additional information.

Rates and Policies:

• Open April to November
• Rates $125 to $399 Season
• Special off-season and mid-week discounted rates
• Weekend packages
• New! Early-bird and bath-house specials to extend your visit before check-in or after check-out - use of our common areas, showers, dressing rooms, tea time, and refreshments
• Single or Double occupancy
• Rates subject to NJ sales tax
• Additional person in room - $25
• Multiple night minimums may be required
• There are 4 ways for you to make payment for your reservation.  First, you can send a check for 50% or for the entire amount prior to arrival, you can pay by PayPal, you can bring cash upon arrival for balances or total if within 1 week of reserving, or you can pay with your Visa or MasterCard.  Credit card payments add a 4% convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy: Your stay is guaranteed and confirmed at the time you make your reservation.  We will do everything we can to assist in reducing your charges on cancellations.  If we are unable to fill your room nights with another guest reservation, your charge for each night your room remains open will be incurred.  A service charge of $25 per night will be applied to any nights re-rented.  Charges for groups and special events may be non refundable.

• We are not responsible for inn-clement weather or early departure.

• Children - Well-behaved children over 6 or by special arrangements with the Innkeeper.
• Children of any age and pets are welcome in our Cottage.
• No pets in the Bed and Breakfast, please.
• No smoking except outside in our courtyard.
